The personal information of members may be used by us for the following legitimate purposes:

We will store the Personal Information provided by the Customer on our internal systems during the process of consulting and providing services to the Customer or until the Customer requests to cancel the provided information.
Commitment to Customer Personal Information Security
Customer information is committed to being kept strictly confidential according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each customer's information are only carried out with the consent of that customer, except in cases where it is required to be provided at the request of a competent authority. We do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose to any third party the personal information of a member without the permission or consent of that member.
In the event that the information storage server is attacked by a hacker leading to the loss of member's personal data, the website administration will be responsible for reporting the incident to the investigating authorities for timely processing and notifying the member.
The maximum warranty period is 24 hours from the time of receiving information from you, excluding holidays, and New Year's (Tet).
In the event that a customer discovers that their personal information is being used for the wrong purpose or has been compromised, the customer can file a direct complaint with us. Upon receiving the customer's complaint, we will take all necessary measures to prevent the further compromise of that personal information, and at the same time, take supportive measures to protect the customer's legitimate rights and interests. The customer has the right to file a complaint about the disclosure of personal information to a third party to the website's Management Board. Upon receiving this feedback, we will re-verify the information, be responsible for replying with the reason, and guide the member on how to restore and secure their information.
Using our Services
You must comply with all policies that we have provided within the scope of the Services.
Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or attempt to access them using a method other than through the interface and instructions we provide. You may only use our Services as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Payment Regulations and Methods
Depending on the service contracts of Silkwires, we will have different payment methods.
All revenues from Silkwires are accompanied by full payment invoices and documents to create trust with customers.
Warranty/Maintenance Policy
Depending on the type of service that the customer chooses, we have different warranty policies. We only provide a warranty for errors arising from our side, such as code-related errors. For unrelated errors, we will provide troubleshooting guidance to our valued customers.
