SILKWIRES would like to express our sincere gratitude to our valued customers for your interest in and use of our services over the past time. We always respect our customers' privacy, and that is why we are committed to protecting your personal information. This document will help you understand what personal information we collect, as well as how we use this information thereafter.
When you access and use the website (including registering for online services), we understand that you fully agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
Purpose and Scope of Information Collection
The personal information of members may be used by us for the following legitimate purposes:
- To send notifications, and implement advertising and PR programs for new services used on the website.
+ To provide information about services via email.
+ To support the management of the account you have registered: check the history of service selection, and based on the information you have provided, to send you suitable services.
+ To be used for communication and information exchange with customers when we organize promotions, or exchange opinions and information on review and comment boards.
+ To be used to support and answer customer inquiries: we will respond by phone, email, or letter to the address you provide when any questions are sent to us.
Scope of Information Use
We commit to using the information internally only for the purposes stated.
Information Storage Time
We will store the Personal Information provided by the Customer on our internal systems during the process of consulting and providing services to the Customer or until the Customer requests to cancel the provided information.
Commitment to Customer Personal Information Security
Customer information is committed to being kept strictly confidential according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each customer's information are only carried out with the consent of that customer, except in cases where it is required to be provided at the request of a competent authority. We do not use, transfer, provide, or disclose to any third party the personal information of a member without the permission or consent of that member.
In the event that the information storage server is attacked by a hacker leading to the loss of member's personal data, the website administration will be responsible for reporting the incident to the investigating authorities for timely processing and notifying the member.
The maximum warranty period is 24 hours from the time of receiving information from you, excluding holidays, and New Year's (Tet).
In the event that a customer discovers that their personal information is being used for the wrong purpose or has been compromised, the customer can file a direct complaint with us. Upon receiving the customer's complaint, we will take all necessary measures to prevent the further compromise of that personal information, and at the same time, take supportive measures to protect the customer's legitimate rights and interests. The customer has the right to file a complaint about the disclosure of personal information to a third party to the website's Management Board. Upon receiving this feedback, we will re-verify the information, be responsible for replying with the reason, and guide the member on how to restore and secure their information.
Using our Services
You must comply with all policies that we have provided within the scope of the Services.
Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or attempt to access them using a method other than through the interface and instructions we provide. You may only use our Services as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Your use of our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
Silkwires' privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Silkwires can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the Vietnamese Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Payment Regulations and Methods
Depending on the service contracts of Silkwires, we will have different payment methods.
All revenues from Silkwires are accompanied by full payment invoices and documents to create trust with customers.
Warranty/Maintenance Policy
Depending on the type of service that the customer chooses, we have different warranty policies. We only provide a warranty for errors arising from our side, such as code-related errors. For unrelated errors, we will provide troubleshooting guidance to our valued customers.
