The SILKWIRES Privacy policy describes how we handle your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services.

By using our Services, you agree that SILKWIRES may use your data in accordance with this policy.

We comply with applicable copyright regulations and may close the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with Vietnam’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Payment methods are set out in our service contracts.

Every payment received by SILKWIRES comes with an invoice and full supporting documents, to ensure transparency and our clients’ trust.

Depending on the type of service selected:

• Our warranty covers only errors on our side (e.g., bugs in the code).
• For unrelated issues, we offer solutions tailored to the client.
